How Would You
move if you
couldn’t do
it Wrong?

Immediately after moving home from Dallas, the Divine Spark of purpose presented itself to José. While on a dance floor at their home nightclub, the central question of their life’s work presented itself: “How would you move if you couldn’t do it wrong?”

Over the next three years José built an online fitness platform and a signature fitness experience, Body Language, all in pursuit of the answer to that question. With a career-long dream of opening their own studio, José set out to design their own methods.

Jose’s practices push you to the perimeter of your potential — physically, emotionally, and energetically. They are invitations to explore potential and capacity, identity and expectation. A container of care awaits you.
